Dave has been actively involved in
helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate
goals for the past 12 years. He has been
consistently a Top Producer and member of the Ada
County Association of Realtors Circle of
Excellence. Over his years of experience, Dave has
helped his clients in all aspects of the real estate
industry-- from the single family first-time home
buyer, to the exciting area of new construction, to
the developer looking for a viable property for his
next project. Having built his home 7 years ago in
a five acre apple orchard, Dave particularly enjoys
helping people make their dreams of land ownership a
reality. Dave loves to spend time with his
family camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, and
basically anything outdoors.
